Not only unprofessional(an understatement- when i was requesting owners name and number, politely, the moron said he would call police) and un knowledgeable, they are the worst kind of rip-off artists. They will give you half of what most pawn shops will for your items. Low rent ghetto rip-off artists. Abe as in honest Abe, lol
