  Our washer stopped spinning so we called American West Appliance because we used them in the past. The repairman arrived as scheduled. He was very polite and efficient. He was patient, pleasant and honest. He explained to us what was wrong with our appliance and how to fix it. He showed us the broken part, the new part and where he was putting it. He cleaned the floor where the water leaked during the repair. We were more than satisfied with the service overall and felt it was well worth the money.
