I know the owners by name and other staff who work there. They are so kind and helpful. When mr. Kato is around he usually gives my kids a few quarters and he gives a few quarters to every person who is there as a way of showing his gratitude. I do a lot of towel laundry for my salon and this place is always given me a good cleaning for my money. It does get busy on Friday nights and Saturday mornings. I try to come in the afternoons earlier to beat the crowd.
