  Bad Customer Service: Ordered a recliner love seat and delivery was delayed a couple of times. First the fabric was not available after a week into the order. So I had to go back and choose another one. They promised to deliver before the Christmas holiday and it never came, no word from them at all. I called after the holidays and they told me the fabric was not delivered yet to the manufacturer. Promised to deliver in 3 weeks but nothing again. They promised it will be delivered in 2 weeks.. I've had it with these people!!! so I cancelled the order and now they are giving me a hard time getting my money back. A quick credit transaction to my credit card seem to be difficult for them to do. Too many excuses!

  American made quality with awesome prices! My family just bought a sectional here and we are completely satisfied! The furniture was delivered quickly and in perfect condition! The financing offered was also excellent. You will get the most for your money here, and the customer service is great.
