Reviews about CVS

On March 11, 2017 (Saturday) evening around 9:15 pm I went to this CVS store to buy some Arrowhead bottle water. It is an extremely horrible experience in CVS. According to the receipt, male employee A’s name is Jose. He is very hostile and rude. He needs to be fired immediately. The behaviors of both male employee A and B are very disrespectful. They are seriously lack of training. I submitted online complaint and posted this review right after what happened, but so far I haven’t received any responses from this CVS store. Both Employee A and B are around 45 years old and with short black hair and fair skin. Employee B wears glasses. The following is what I experienced. I had bought some vegetables and fruits in a food grocery store just next door to the CVS store. I was waiting for my ride with my vegetables and fruits in the food store shopping cart. Since my ride still didn’t arrive yet, I decided to go to the CVS store to buy Arrowhead bottle water. I pushed the food store shopping cart into the CVS store and talked to the male employee A by the gate: “I bought these food at the next door grocery store and I have already paid them. Can I use this shopping cart in CVS?” Male employee A said: “No, leave it here. I will not take your stuff!” I put the food store shopping cart by the gate of the CVS store. I used a CVS’s shopping cart and bought one big box of Arrowhead bottle water. When I just paid at the cashier desk with male employee A, the male employee B walked by me very closely. I was surprised at that moment why he walked so close to me. When I was trying to upload the bottle water to the bottom of the food store shopping cart, male employee B walked back to me. He stood very closely by my food store shopping cart and stared at my food for about five seconds without saying anything. I was surprised and also scared at that moment. What did he want to do? He was staring at my property without my permission and without any communication. He was standing too close to my shopping cart and also to me, which was inappropriate and strange. It resulted it was inconvenient for me to put the heavy box of bottle water at the bottom of the food store shopping cart. After five seconds silent and awkward time, male employee B said to me: “I was thinking we don’t have these stuffs here.” I said: “I bought from the food store next door.” The food store shopping cart was three times larger than the CVS’s shopping cart. He could tell the difference simply from the sizes of the shopping carts. He didn’t have to stare at my food for such long time. At this moment, male employee A said to me with a commandingly rude voice: “You should return the food store shopping cart to the food store!!! There is still one quarter in it!!!” Employee A was so rude and anxious. I was still waiting for my ride. There were a large amount of vegetables and fruits in the food store shopping cart and I had no place to put them if I returned the food store shopping cart now. I would return the food store shopping cart after my ride arrived. The $ 0.25 was my money, which didn’t belong to the food store. I didn’t need employee A to tell me what to do. It was not related to him. When I was standing at the parking lot of the CVS store and waiting for my ride, the employee A stared at me with his angry face. He said something to me cursingly, but I didn’t hear it clearly because it was too far away. The employee A slammed the door of the CVS store while looking at me angrily. I was scared. What did he want to do? His behavior was like an immature and hostile person.
