The regular sales staff here is extremely helpful and courteous but the managers are horribly arrogant, condescending, loud, and very obnoxious. So much so that I walked out of the store in the middle of a big purchase. Customer service should be a store's number 1 priority, and its unfortunate to see store leadership be so horrible and yet the on floor sales associates be so kind and knowledgeable.
