  I dealt with a bedbug infestation at a complex out of state, so was neurotic about the bites still appearing on me despite religiously drying and Zapbugging my posessions. Chris came out very promptly and brought one of their adorable beagles, who sniffed through everything I could think of. Chris was very thorough about follow-up (having dealt with a company previously which was NOT, I appreciated this). He was very knowledgeable and patient with our many questions, and rechecked areas I was neurotic about. Really a worthwhile investment before throwing away time and money on guesswork. Plus it's hard to freak out about bed bugs with such a cute, hard-working pup on the task!
