  I placed my order on Jan 6. I paid extra for priority shipping. On Jan 10, I sent an email requesting the shipping information/tracking number. On Jan. 10, they also charged my credit card, leading me to believe that the item had shipped. It's illegal to charge before you ship an item. I never did receive a response to my email. On January 16, I received a notification from the post office that my item is scheduled to ship January 17. When I called, they were extremely rude, then gave me another number to call (supposedly about billing) and hung up. The person I spoke to didn't have anything to do with billing. Hopefully I eventually see my item. It's starting to seem like a scam.
