  if there was a no star review I will definitely use that!! Its so sad to know that the own manager is such a POS, I went there with my broken iphone and I sat there waiting for someone to help me and no one would come up to me knowing that I was there in need of help, then finally "John" the manager came to help me, asking " What's going on?", then I said my iPhone broke, and i'm wondering if there's anything you guys could do for me. So all HE said to me was "NO", so I said to him youre not even gonna check if im due for an upgrade or anything like that?, and he said well whats your number, so I gave him my number and he said again theres nothing we could do for you, youre not due for an upgrade until 8 months from now, so im like okay well that really sucks, so nothing else you could do for me then.. and he said "NO". worst customer service ive experienced in my entire life. Will never go to this sprint store ever again.

  Liars and thiefs. That's what they are in this store. Sprint should get rid of this kind of scammers. Avoid this place if you don't want to be charged for free gifts.
