My husband and I came in to do some research on Verizon and we were luckily greeted by Michelle who went over pricing and promotions with us. She ended up getting us to switch then and there and helped set up my whole family's phones while we went shopping. Greatest experience and very easy dealing with her. She is an asset, I'm very happy to not be dealing with Sprint anymore!
