  This is a great super store, but you need to come in the morning. The store is stripped by later afternoon. Monday morning is grizzly. They have a lot of product that many stores don't carry. Nice, clean store.

  Worst customer service experience ever. Attempted to return an item WITH the original receipt and original tags attached. They would not accept it because it was a "holiday item." I referred mgr to their written 90 day return policy and asked to be shown something in writing to the contrary, or specific to "holiday items." She was unable to do so and kept (loudly) repeating the phrase, "Unfortunately we cannot accept it," as if I didn't hear or understand her the first several times. Unacceptable. In the end, she pointed me to the clause that says all returns are at the manager's discretion, as if that was the trump card. No, what that actually said to me was that she had disrectionary power to take the return and CHOSE to provide poor customer service. Again - unacceptable. Ridiculous even.
